CRC Seminars

CRC regularly offers two entry-level seminars that are specifically designed to welcome and orient new attendees into the life and service of the church.

Intro to CRC Seminar

Offered periodically on a Sunday morning from 9:00 to 9:50 am.
For the 2024-2025 School Year, Intro to CRC will be held
on 10/13, & 1/26, 4/27.

This is a great opportunity to meet some of our leaders, learn more about our vision, function and how to get plugged in! Coffee, snacks and childcare will be provided.  Please RSVP to Christine Engert.

Gospel-Driven Vision Seminar

Will be offered as a Sunday School course in the fall of 2024
Sundays from 9:00 to 9:50 am October 20th - November 24th

We talk a lot about the Gospel but what is it exactly and how does it impact the ways we view God, ourselves, others and the world?  This class will lay out the Gospel-Driven Vision that is the foundation for all of life by working through our Core Values, how they are based in the Gospel and lived out corporately and individually. It will also expand your own vision for life by challenging you to see everything through the lens of the Gospel. Childcare is available through our Sunday School program which runs simultaneously.

Participate in our Core Ministries

If consider CRC your church home, we strongly encourage you to be an active participate in the life of the community through our core ministries. Our core ministries include Sunday morning worship, Community Groups, and the Sunday Service Schedule.

Community Groups are network of small groups at CRC. Each group is designed to be a mini-Christian community, providing an opportunity for prayer, fellowship, Bible study and service. If you would like to join a group, please contact the church office or ask a friend if you can attend theirs. Learn more.

Prayer

In addition to Sunday morning worship and Community Group, we encourage everyone at CRC to participate in our prayer gatherings including monthly days of prayer (during the school year), special seasons of focused prayer, and Women's Prayer. See the calendar for more details.

Sunday Service Schedule

We invite anyone who considers CRC their “church home” to serve on the Service Schedule which coordinates all volunteer roles needed to keep our Sunday morning services running smoothly. If you are interested in joining the Service Schedule, contact the church office or learn more here.

Check Out Our Complementary Ministries

In addition to our core ministries, there are a number of complementary ministries that provide opportunities for you to get to know others in the church community. For more information on these ministries, click on link to navigate to the ministry page.

Desiring to Become a Member?

At CRC we take church membership very seriously. For a person to be a follower of Christ, we feel it is necessary to be committed to a local church. If you have been a Christian for a long time but are new to CRC or if you have recently become a Christian, and so would like to become a member, join us for our Introduction to CRC Seminar, which is offered a couple of times a year, or talk to one of our pastoral staff.

Desiring To Lead And Serve Others?

God calls many to be not merely faithful members in His church but also to serve the church through leadership. If you have traveled the path outlined above but are still looking for something more, we’d love to talk to you about opportunities for developing leadership skills and serving. In the meantime, you can also check out our "How Can I Serve?" page.
